Hi! I have a 2005 CLK 320 Coupe, I currently have 17" rims (F:225/45 and R:245/40 Bolt pattern: 5x112). Since one of my rims is really bent I had to look for new rims. Would 5x112, 205/55R16 6Jx16H2 ET 46 fit my vehicle for front and back? I know that CLK's came with 16" rims until 2004 and mine is 2005 so it got me thinking that it might not fit. Thanks for your help.
They should fit. The offset is around 10mm closer to the face of the rim than your stock wheels so the inside of the wheel will sit around 10mm closer to the suspension, but going from a 7.5" wheel to a 7.0"x16 will be fine. The real concern is if they will clear the calipers. They will not fit if you have AMG calipers.
