I have a 2004 clk cabrio, today I was tring to lower the top and it got up and the the hatch would not close , it says I have to lower thepackage ski bag or something like that, my problem is how do I get into the trunk my top is up now what can I do. I finally got the top to close but when I tried to lower it again the same thing happened,it says I need to lower the ski bag. I pulled the luggage tray in the trunk but I can’t find the ski bag.please help jimbo
