2005 CLK500
Exclamation HELP

I have a 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK500 that was salvaged. It was hit in the back and needed a new bumper. I installed it, and then put in an aftermarket radio from Kenwood. I've had it since March and it was fine up until October. It's been acting weird for the past couple months since then. If you shut the car off sometimes, it loses all electronic power and it doesn't come back until after a few days with the battery disconnected. The lights blink, but there's no turn signals, radio, the gauges don't light up, and the windows don't go up or down. The battery was just replaced too, so I'm not sure what it is. I was told that it could be a short, but I have no idea how to diagnose it. A whole bunch of error codes come up too. Any idea on how to help?

1. new battery (though unlikely) could be bad or undersized.
2. post the codes
3. check the front and rear sam for water.
4. check all the grounds you can find.
