4 malfunctions reported today

Today after the engine was started and idling in Park to cool down the interior for about 5 minutes, I got into the driver seat and noticed 4 malfunctions reported. I can only remember 3: ESP, ABS, BAS, ??. Also noticed that while the malfunctions were being reported, the transmission could not be shifted out of Park. I then turned off the engine and restarted it. Now the transmission can be shifted to Drive and I drove off. While driving I navigated to the Malfunction Page and it reported zero malfunctions. I'm not sure what is happening here with my CLK 500. Would someone help to answer these issues?

It looks like software glitch. However I'd recommend to visit a dealer if it happens again.

I think you should visit the dealer to check it out.

When I had ABS and BAS failure on mine, I was moving and my brakes failed. Almost got into an accident.

My ECU was replaced recently, after indicating a false coolant code. The ECU was sending a false signal which set off the code.

that glitch will be recorded in the system so when the dealer hooks up DAS to your car, it will tell them exactly why the problem occured.
