How to disable traction control on CLK500

Okay...I turn off the ESP and try to hold the brake and stand on the gas to get the tires smoking, and traction control still interferes...what gives?

Anyone experiment with a work around, such as pulling a sensor or fuse?

Car does not have Navigation, if that means anything.

Turn ignition to 1st position, hold down the r button for about 30 seconds until it beeps and then press the lower left page key on your steering wheel, you should then see software version and other information. Then hit the + or - key to select dyno mode and you are done. If you take out the key and restart I think you are out of dyno mode again. Use at your own risk, a lot of things are disabled in this mode, ABS for one.

on some cars, like mine, you have to press reset button 3 times to get into dyno mode.

your reset button, it's that black stick button that's next to the tach.

ok thanks. I tried that a long time ago but it didn't seem to work as described. I guess I'll try again.
