Can't figure this one out when the engine is idling or when driving the speedometer center often appears a rotating lines appear in a full circle or half circle or quarter circle see photo.
I've only seen those lines when I turn on my cruise control. Also looks like one "bar" is out for you. Is there a test mode or something that's been triggered?
