2005 clk500 amg
Speaker Configuration
What size are the speakers in the 2005 clk500 and how many are there? My stock unit has a bleed in it so i am going to end up changing the headunit out with a Concept x80 chameleon android unit. I am aware that i will have to remove the stock bose amp and add a 4 or 5 channel amp. also aware that i will have to change the speakers as well since the new unit can not communicate with the bose amp.
With that said, i am looking for speaker replacments but want to make sure i have the right size before purchasing a brand. If anyone has any input that would help, it would be greatly appeciated. (speaker or amp brand, wiring , modules, etc.)

2004 CLK 500
Front are 6.5 components . Rear are 6" But are not available . You need to order 6.5" and wood speaker rings . Just drill the rings into the door and mount the 6.5" on them . I would use some sound detaining material under the ring it helps with vibrations .
