2 Very bad vibrations - Need help
Hello Everyone . So I have 2 issues that are making my car unbearable to drive .
1st . is the front right wheel vibrates at high speed . I just did a Break job and I had to drill out the screw holding the rotor to the hub . I bought a new screw but the opening is now too big so I installed rotor without the screw . Can this cause the vibration ? I took it to a shop and they checked the ball joint and links and everything seems to be fine .
2. When I put the car in reverse . The entire car just starts to vibrate . So much so that the backup camera image becomes distorted .
I appreciate Any help

You definitely need to take care of the rotor missing screw issue. Yes, it can cause vibration because the rotor is not properly seated. And it is dangerous
On the vibration in reverse, have you checked the motor mounts and transmission mounts?

Not sure if the screw has anything to do with the proper seating of the rotor, since the rotois being secured by the actual wheel. But since a piece of metal (screw) is missing- it theoretically may create a disbalance, since the system was designed/balanced having this screw in mind. Just a random thought.
Lot of vehicles doesn’t have this screw to begin with and live a happy life

Make sure you didn't distort the hub at all from drilling and the rotor is in fact sitting flat. The missing screw is no big deal but it sounds like it is interfering with the wheel being flat and causing an issue.
Change your trans mount first, or do the engine and trans mounts, to cure the vibration.

Sometimes, when a hole is drilled on iron, a small lip is raised around the hole. That may prevent the wheel from sitting flat on the surface, or even prevent ir from fully engaging with the hub's center bore. Surely, a wheel that is even slightly askew can give rise to wied and nasty vibrations, as it spins out of true.
You don't happen to also have spacers on that wheel, do you?
