Are 2005 clk500 xenon headlights the same as 2007-2009? Are the plug in connections the same. ive noticed some lights with different plug in locations from offers on ebay.

There are two different types of xenon headlights- the older ones are “regular xenon “ lights, the newer ones are with active curve. My newer headlights were broken so I did install older type without active curve into my 08MY.

But are the plug ins in the same location on the back housing with the newer curved xenon as opposed to the old version. Also, is the clk550, Clk500 and clk 350 interchangeable in each model? Last, does it make a difference if it's a 07-09 amg Headlight as opposed to a 05-06 non amg?

Im noticing that my passenger side headlight turns on and off randomly when driving. even if the car is on and at a standstill. any idea what could be causing this?

My bulbs did that JUST BEFORE COMPLETE FAILURE

what do you mean by "complete failure". what exactly happen and how did you resolve it"

the bulbs quit working totally not long after going on and off-
procedure depends on model, year and bulb type
