Question Auxiliary coolant pump turns off randomly

Hello everyone, recently I've noticed that my CLK has little to no interior heat at random times even on the HI climate control settings. I've traced the issue back to be the auxiliary coolant pump that is located on the coolant reservoir. Issue is - it works perfectly fine then at some point of driving and/or acceleration it just shuts off. If you turn climate control off and then back on it starts working again thus bringing heat to the cabin again until it shuts off again at some point of driving. I've did my research though haven't stumblmed upon similar issue. Did anyone have this issue or has any ideas what is at fault here? Replies are much appreciated!
