Main lift cylinder leaking

I found oil is leaking from the bottom of the main lift cylinder (2006 Mercedes CLK 500 convertible).
I checked and saw the top of the cylinder (where the piston move up-down) is dry. So can I conclude that the leak is from 2 holes (connected to the cords)? Can be from the bottom axis?
