Tonight I heard something pop and my coolant light came on my 2004 CLK-500. The coolent looks like it was shooting out the AUX pump which I disconnected.
I Towed the car home and found that the hose which connects to the AUX pump ( circled below in RED) was ripped off the pump breaking the connector ( need to replace the pump) but the other side of the hose was also ripped off ( the whole hose got thrown unto the grill) . I have no idea where the other end of the hose was connected . Does anyone have a diagram of what this hose is and where the other end goes ?
