Can you install Sirius if you don't have a SAT button?

Can you install Sirius if you don't have a SAT button?
I have a 2004 CLK, and the audio buttons I have are RADIO, CD, TAPE, and TEL

I THINK it uses a soft key. Example, you push radio, then select SAT just as you would am/fm/wb.
