2005 Mercedes Benz CLK500
05 CLK500 ESP ABS Light
Hello,
I recently picked up a 2005 CLK500
it came with an abs Unit
Car has 264 km
Display malfunction
ABS Light On
Check Engine Light
ESP does not function
CODES
TCM P2310
ESM
P1876
P2012
ECM
P20CC-008
P2036-004 see can status freeze frame data (p0600)
front sam
b1003
As of Yesterday
I found out the battery was bad I replaced it with an oem battery from Mercedes
My Mercedes mechanic swapped the entire Abs unit as the modules weren’t communicating by just swapping the front esp module with the one supplied with the vehicle when I bought it
after swap parts were communicating and then
i was on the highway on my way home and all lights returned
mans same codes
i think I’m going to have to change the module again

CLK500 (W209)
I have the same exact codes from PCM/TCM/ESM on my CLK500 (W209). Did you ever find out/fix the problem? Any help/insight is appreciated 🙏
ECM: P20CC-008 Rough road detection' signal (by comparing wheel speeds): Speed signal from control module ESP unreasonable / Read out fault memory of control module ESP, (P1999)
ECM: P2036-004 No or incorrect CAN data from control module N47-5(ESP control module) Communication fault / See also CAN state in freeze frame data(P0600)
TCM: P2310 No CAN data was received fromcontrol module N47-5(ESP and BAS control module) (171/203/209) or from control module N47-5(ESP control module) (164/219/ 251/216/221) , or from control
ESM: P1876 The signals sent by control module N47-5(ESP and BAS control module) or N47-5(ESP control module) for the wheel speeds and the braking torque are not available on the CAN bus
ESM: P2012 The brake signal from control module N47-5(ESP and BAS control module) or N47-5(ESP control module) is not available on the CAN bus
