Are all CLK Headlights the same size?

Hi All, Newbie here

Just picked up a CLK350 Sport, with the old style Halogen (non projector) Headlights

I've seen a couple of OEM Projector ones on ebay which I'm looking to retrofit.

Bar the coding through STAR to tell the car it now has Xenons, are these a simple plug and play swap?

Thanks

no they are not all the same. I did buy the plug n play projector led headlights for my 2008 clk350 and i dont think they fit as they should. However i can see forever at night and like that! Seems?like they need a bracket or seal to fit in better

Thanks

The ones I'm looking at are the OEM Projectors from an older car, I'm hoping they just retrofit straight in as from research MErcedes didn't change the headlights on the facelift?

your better off replacing the standard Halogen globes with an LEDs for H/L Beam. Far easier, cheaper and better light.

Keeping the existing normal headlights Greg?

Won't the dazzle to other drivers be crazy?

you will only have to worry about low beam. Buy quality LEDs Osram. Phillips etc that have the correct cut off. Give that a try and see how you go. It's a cheap and effective start.
