Hi can someone help,just buy a car and have a problem the high beam works all the time when I remove the key from ignition it’s remaining on,and also the wipers not working stays blocked in middle but the the wiper motor also works continuously, I checked the fuses all answer ok except number 1,2,12 (1,2 it’s for seat)without any reaction. I think it may be a turn signal switch or ecm can someone help thx
