The Lower radiator hose popped off. After inspecting I came to the conclusion that the wrong clip was put on. I'm thinking whoever worked on this car put the wrong clip on. I can't be sure of this but I took pictures. As you can see in the picture of the lower hose, the clip ends should face the same direction, however the clip that I found which was not secure had ends that were facing opposite directions which doesn't seem to line up with the design of the hose connector. The upper hose seems to take a clip with ends facing opposition directs so the upper and lower hoses use different clips. As seen in the pics the clip ends would need to face the same direction to lock in which would make sense why the clip did not hold the hose correctly. If have searched the internet for a clip with ends facing the same direction and I do see a hit which lines up with this part. I have yet to check with a dealer. Can anyone confirm if my findings are correct or not?
