Yeah, I like the grille too...

just don't care for those black wheels. I'd love to see some type of race style wheel (BBS LM?) to keep up the "boy racer" theme..Nice stuff.

CLK 200 KOMPRESSOR Elegance
Wow thats a fine job !

I'm with the guys on the grille though. A suggestion would be to use the grille from the new '05 C55, it has no star but has the chrome and the black finish behind that !

If the wheels were a brighter colour they would look bigger diameter also, but the black one are MEAN !

Thanks for the kind words people. As to some more info on the car. All bodywork including design was all custom made and designed by me, for how many inches i wanted the fenders flared out, to the fender design up in front, to the type of material used. The entire widebody was constructed of Sheet metal. The front fender fish gill was designed to flow with the lines of the car. The work took abot 3 1/2 weeks to complete. The widebody work as you can see from the pictures are also added on the brabus body kit and the amg sideskirts. I do have a brabus front and rear bumper. The grill and the CF splitter are all custom made to look exactly like the Brabus CLK car.

Hopefully when i have time, I will take some better pictures. I will be installing my 14' brake kit this coming weekend, hopefully i can take more pictures. Thanks

HaHA! Is the guy in the first sentence the same guy that wrote the second? The car is bling (i.e. pretnetious to the extreme) yet the star would be in-apropriate because IT would be too pretentious? He MUST be a politician. Nobody else could talk out of both sides of their mouth like that!

In either case, the customization appears to be VERY well done IMHO so me likes. It looks "performance" rather than "bling" looking to me.

Sean's Sister--
tight, i love it...........couple things to point out...........

i like the grille, i'd stick with it, the front angle is sick but the side skirts are too high and don;t go with that kit.......i know brabus doesn't have side skirts but i bet you cant find something to go along with it....

any shots of the rear? btw the rear looks high...........

Thanks for the comment guys.

As for the CF lip, it was custom. The price was a bit high due to the fact that the lip was molded in fiberglass then wraped in CF. It was a bit pricey, but very well made, as the weave was very well done on the CF. I think the thicker the better, so it can protect the brabus front kit.

As for sideskirts, I am really upset that brabus dosent make one. I stuck with AMG due to the fact that it was clean and flows a bit better. I was thinking of lorinser, but didnt like the fish gill as much on the sideskirts.

HRE 545R painted Black
19x9.5 front with 2.5 inch lip
19x11 rear with 4 inch lip
255/35 Continental Front
295/30 Continental Rear

Car is sitting on H&R coilovers. I have my 14' Brake kit sitting in my garage but have not had time to install them. Once they are on, I will take better, and higher resolution pictures.

one of the best CLK's i have ever seen! congrats

I would like to thank Autowerks autobody for the superb job they did on my car. They had great customer care service and the quality of work they do is extremely great. If you need custom bodywork for your car, I would recommend them all the way. Aslo would like to thank Carrozzeria Design for the Wheels. HRE's are Excellent.

Enjoy the pictures.
