2005 clk 500 convertible hydraulic top fluid

I have a hydraulic leak on my clk but nearest workshop that will touch the thing is about 100 miles. It seems to go down from full level to minimum level during one operation. I bought 2 bottles of pentosin chf11s and went thru them.
i saw a video on line about Pentosin pentofluid EHF which says it can be replace/mix with CHF11S on cars between 10-15 years old.
Has anyone any experience on this as the fluid is less than 1/2 the cost.
In the near future I'm going to try to remove the "rams" and send them off to be rebuilt.

Fluid Loss

Last year I had the same experience, of having the fluid becoming depleted after one operation, which led to me replacing the Hydraulic lines.

From what I understand it could be the lines or the Hydraulics themselves. I was fortunate since I was able to see the lines leaking when the top was up in the air.

So you may want to open the top partially to see if you may be able to see where the leak is coming from.
