couple issues after changing rear window regulator

I have a 2005 CLK320 cabriolet. I replaced the passenger rear window regulator and after buttoning everything back up, I have 2 issues. Note that the rear window now rolls up and down properly. However:
  1. the SRS error is lit on the cluster. Is this typical after having disconnected (and then reconnected) seatbelt wires?
  2. when opening passenger door, usually both the door window as well as the rear window will move a little bit (1/2" each) and when you close the door they will then move back. However, now only the front window moves when I open the door, the rear window doesn't and therefore when I close the door it collides with that rear window and is difficult to close the door unless I slam really hard or if I use my hand to push that rear window back just a tad. When the door closes, the rear window will move back to the correct position.

Aside from the obvious - verify that all the wire harnesses were reconnected properly, you may need to do a "power window sync". The procedure to reset the windows and sunroof are in the manual, but I believe you put all the windows down and keep holding the buttons for 3sec. You need to do this any time power is disconnected.
