MY05 CLK320 Cabriolet
Cargo Liner

Does anyone know of a suitable Trunk Liner for a CLK320 (MY05 Cabriolet to be specific)

A search on google seems to throw up all the cargo liner companies as not having one available for the CLK. I am particularly looking for a rubber version preferably with a lip around the edge.

Any help is appreciated

Oz, that's a great question. I had forgotten all about it until you mentioned it. I used to have one in my C class that had the non slip material in the middle with a lip all around. Very useful feature. I would want to get one too...

I dont believe MB have one (in Aust. anyway), did you get yours new with your car or as an accessory afterwards.

Mayby you turn it over and see if it has a brand name, Ie MB or other 3rd party.

Mine is definitely a merc item. I ordered it when I ordered the car and it came in a bag with an MB sticker and part #. I will look at it later to see if there is any number on it !

Ben'sCLK, were you able to have a look and get a number off your cargo mat.

Hi,

Are you talking about this one?

If so, it is available in Oz, can't recall the part number but I remember seeing it on the Accessories broucher.

BTW, if you wanted to get a cargo net:

Make sure you get a C-class net because the net for a CLK is really small, name for that is "Cargo Net - Sill".

Cheers.

That's great

BTW, is it anti-slip?

Cheers,

I have had to order it only at this point, but the accessorie book says it is 'Non-slip'.

PS. I requested an Accessory book from my dealer and alsotold them I could not believe they didnt provide one previously.

(I was not aware such a book existed. I am a sucker for the options and extras and cant understand their lack of sales pitch)

that's typical of them... they only want to sell you what's optioned on the car before you pick it up... they don't want to know you afterwards.

I wouldn't describe it as non-slip. It is hardish type plastic with raised circular shaped parts that do provide some grip ! More of a protective cover for the carpet!
