ok heres my question. i have a 2003 clk 320 im trading it in for a 2003 clk 55 i have brabus springs, and shocks, and a brabus exhaust system. now i know i can take them out and put them in the 55 but does any one know if the amg exhaust is better then the brabus? also is the brabus springs going to lower the car more then the amg? any info would be great thanks guys

the brabus springs would most likely lower the car more than the AMG springs. as for the exhaust, there probably isnt much difference in performance, if any at all, just a difference in sound

Hi, You cannot put the Brabus springs from a V6 into a V8 car, the frontend weight is to much. Brabus has a lowering spring set for the V8 whether its the CLK500 or the CLK55 Amg it will suit both models. You may get away with the rear springs but I would double check the part numbers.

The Brabus part number I have on my CLK55 AMG Cabrio are Front 203-108-100 VA (1130 kg) & Rear 203-100-200 HA (1055 kg Cabrio), You may also get way with 203-100-201 HA (1035 kg Coupe) on the rears as well. It droped 10mm in the front & 25mm at the rear after it finally settled.

Are you going to do any other type of performance mods....i.e. engine mods?
