Unfortunately there are a lot of stupid shoppers around, but I always assume my responsibility to put the word out there for good experience and bad experience. All you have to do is to post it the forums like this and news groups, people will Google and find it. Also reporting to better business bureau is a plus.
My moto is to ask around before buying anything. You would be surprised, I actually had owner of businesses call me to rectify my problems once I start spreading the word :-D

I couldn't find a good resorce on Klemann's website to locate a dealer in the San Francisc/ Nor Cal Area... I guess I need to get my *** off the internet and make some phone calls. Realisticly what am i looking at $12K installed?
