The way this CLK63 is configured makes no sense, for that kind of money it should have everything. Could you imagine having to explain to someone why your 85K car doesn't have a nav system?

Nav should be standard any all AMG products and any other V8 and up Benz.

True, but the CLK 63 will give a E55 and a 63 a run for it's money. It's pushin 475 hp. That's a few more than the 55 and not too far off the 63. The E and clk 63 both have the same peak tourque 465 lb-ft @ 5,200 rpm and @5,000.

E55 has over 500+ lb-ft of torque. And its an E class. And I get quad exhaust plus a super charged engine which we all know is more mod friendly than NA engine. In my opinion, its over priced.

WOW!!! I can't believe its $90k+ for a CLK. Weren't the 55s in the 75-80k range and they were still having a hard time moving them? Wonder how these will sell.

It's only got a few more hp on paper, put the CLK63 on the dyno and we'll get hard numbers

Wait until I slap on AMG S/C on my engine which will happen in two months.
It would be super fast. But I would rather take 63. 55 engine is awesome and produces great sounds. But 63 is still a far better car in terms of engineering. Suspension and brakes new interior 7G trnoic paddles and new engine. It is a nice package.

CLK63 AMG is indeed overpriced, we're talking E63/CLS63 money here for a CLK. The acceleration is very strong however, car and driver got 0-60 in 4.2, 0-100 in 9.5 and 1/4 mile at 12.5 @ 116mph. For a coupe, it would probably be in the low 12's... not bad at all.

The CLK 63 does look very nice but I too was surprised at the price. A local dealer here in Vancouver has 1. Seen it sitting for a couple months now and decided to ask how much. Was really surprised when he told me
$120K Can.

Don't thing its gonna go anywhere fast. I think it should be priced between 90-95K Can to sell.
