what is the next model code for CLK?

After W209 (or C209) , what code will be used for the next generation CLK?
C210 ?

My guess is W310. Just like the SL went from R129 to R230.

Then how come the S Class went from 126 to 140 to 220 to 221 ?
I dont see a pattern.
