Trying to organize a group buy with Evosport and Vorsteiner to produce some carbon fiber hoods and CSL style trunks. Those of you that know about Vorsteiner know they make very good quality products with excellent fitment. If we can get 10 people for either one they will make them. Here is the pricing for the M3's for an estimate of what the pricing will be:
Hood:

- CF/DVWP (single sided with CF in the inside) $1725
- DVWP w/CF vents $1500

Trunk:
- CF/CF (inside and out) $1649
- CF/DVWP (single sided with CF in the inside) $1349

How weight is saved by each of these two parts?

I dont know yet since they havent been made yet. Also, it would depend on if you went with full c/f or not. I'm guessing easily 30+lbs weight savings on the hood. Plus it looks sooooo much better.

It will be different than my sig, it will have vents like the M3 GTR hoods. How can I get a picture when there have never been any made for the clk? The best I can do is give you pics on an M3. I will see if we can get a prototype made so that we can all know what it looks like, fitment, weight, etc etc.
