Mileage similar to cars w/ smaller displacement
I can get to 24mpg on the highway and overall I'm around 20-21 (commute is 90-95% hwy). At first I thought this was really "bad" on gas but then I compare it to cars like the G35 coupe which has a 3.5L and the mileage is about the same if slightly better. I think the new 328's are a bit better but not by much and the 335's are probably about the same despite claims of high 20's on the hwy which they can prob get if driven easy but I'm more concerned with overall mileage since that is the bottom line you are spending at the pump. Even my A4 averages 25mpg combined but can get over 30 on the hwy (per trip computer).
Guess the idea of changing the 55 for a more "fuel efficient" daily driver doesn't really make much sense unless I'm considering a Prius or something.
