Broken motor/tranny mounts are a common issue, as are leaks w/seals (transmission has a common leak issue from a small cable, oil pan seal, diff seals, main, etc.); make sure rear sunshade works, CD changer, etc. Not a bad idea to have ball joints inspected either. If they have service records, this is a plus.
Also want to check brake pads, which ain't cheap for AMGs.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head....I'd definitely want to take it to a mechanic and have it thoroughly checked out w/that many miles on it....if there is a Benz dealer who'll do it nearby, it'd be worth the effort; if they won't do it, a shop that specializes in Benzes could probably do it. Whatever it costs is money well spent.
Also, I believe that I read on here that one person was able to get a dealership to do the same inspection they perform for a certified model, so this might be worth checking in to....good luck!

As far as electronics go check the seat motors to make sure they're all working and make sure the seats don't squeak (easy fix). Also you can pull codes to make sure the brake light switch isn't failing (easy fix) and also the crankshaft position sensor isn't failing either. Check that all the buttons on the climate control work as some of the older units have a tendency to get "sticky" buttons.
