I like those....need to lower 1.0-1.5 inches.

What size rubber are you running front/back?

Thank you. I'm gonna swap the pads out for #1s, so that should drop it about 1". The tires are BFG g-Force KDW2s, 235/40 front, 275/35 rear.

Nice.

You hit the sweet spot for getting rubber to the road. How does the ride and handling differ from the stock set-up? Any rubbing issues? What is the offset of those rims?

Please give us a pic taken from straight back so we can check out how those aggresive 275s are seen from the chase car's perspective.

Oh and BTW a nice shine on that paint job!

The handling has vastly improved... Night & day difference. The stance is significantly wider than factory. There is a slight rubbing issue on the rear quarters, but only when I'm really pushing it through a corner. The quarters are rolled from the factory, but there is a little more massaging that can be done to remedy my slight issue.

The fronts are +32mm, rears are +25mm.

I actually work for Fikse as a sales/tech rep, so I was able to build this fitment myself and maximize the width of the stance. There's no room to do anything else.

I'll try to get some rear view pictures up later tonight. Thanks for the compliments!

Great looking wheel love the rear lip do they make it in a chrome? Do you think it would rub more with the lowering?

My Fikses

They are really great wheels...I have them on my NSX. If you ever bend one, they also make a grea garage clock...look at the back wall.

Yeah, they grip great, especially for the price. And the tread pattern is sick...

Yep, that's me, and "thank you" to Tony...It was still an expensive clock...this wasn't the first wheel I bent. You're in Renton...must work for Fikse. They are awsome wheels...had them on a couple of 5 series Bimmers a while back.

DannyG-
I lusted after Fikses for over a year. But didn't have the disposible income to
spring for them. Even made a trip down and oogled them and caressed the
ones sitting on the pedestals. Settled for AMG takeoffs from an E55.

So....are you allowed to hook the bruthas up with something like an MBWorld
discount?

Yeah... About a $740 clock, considering the parts that were used! I'm actually a Sales/Tech rep here at Fikse. We talk to Tony all the time.

Danny...Your wheels look awsome...but I agree with others... lower the car at least 1 1/2"
PS...the $740 Fikse wheel clock looks beautiful, but doesn't keep very good time. Is that covered under the Fikse wheel warranty?

Yeah, I believe that's covered under our manufacturer's "Why the hell is one our wheels a wall clock" warrany...
