What do you guys make of this? Smells like BS to me!

I zoomed in on the wheel pictures and never saw AMG. Hell! I never saw calipers. I guess we have to give him the benefit of the doubt on the special AMG light weight fenders. Never heard of AMG fiberglass fenders, but I guess there are lots of things I have never heard of.

IMO a car will never be more than what is identifiable by its' VIN, if the VIN says it's a 430 then it is in fact a 430 and always will be. So why didnt I buy an AMG? Well, you see, it's kind of like having this girlfriend since like totally literally forever and you know she's like totally "the one" but little does she know that you're a horrible person who's never satisfied and quickly growing tired of her laziness and sluggish habits. So one day, horrible you goes out and takes this other far superior yet meaningless specimen for a "test drive", you know clearing those pipes and such, and it's incredible the whole time cause you never knew what you were missing. You're so taken aback by what just happened that you cant ever settle for anything less again cause the experience was just so superior. But horrible you also cant part ways with your increasingly lethargic girlfriend of like totally literally forever because you're a ****ty control freak and cant fathom the thought of anyone else taking care of her like you do (or think you do). So who's it gonna be? New girl who's tail pipes youve only sufficiently cleared once or the one you've successfully turned on each and every day (sometimes multiple times a day ), the one you know better than anyone? As if that couldnt make anymore sense... There's only one answer: Implants. Implant the **** out of the one you love, whatever size you want! Big, small, four, eight, twelve? It doesnt matter because at the end of the day she's still the one you love, her character is still there. Pour Benjamins from the sky just so you can live a top tier existence with the one you've been with since the beginning. On a serious note, I had too much of a history with the car to replace it with a true w208 AMG, it's more to me than just a car for various reasons (apparently it's more than just a car to my insurance providers as well ) but I wanted an AMG so browsed ebay which taught me everything I need to know about the 208 in like 15 minutes and then bolted on some general AMG stuff here and there cause in the end Im just a guy that enjoys proper cars and wants to go fast like the rest of you.
Women: I apologize for comparing you to a car to express my point. It's incredibly misogynistic to do so thus please take it with a grain of salt. Also, not really into implants unless they're motor swaps or twin screws... but you do you.

Cliff, everyone knows that you love your car more than the average owner. As far as I'm concerned, your car is = to my 55 (except yours is way cleaner). A while back, there was a kid that put an AMG motor in his car and came on here being punk about it. Long story short, your much more humbled of a person than he. Can't wait to see what you do next.

ARE they all coupes or cabriolets??-----what is special about an AMG engine??(why dont the "ORPHANS" have a signed engine??)----I have heard the 5spoke(penta AMG) when wheels were really english and made for the JAGUAR??? it starts with the engine, then drivetrain, calipers, disks, wheels. not just coupes and cabriolets, most models come in an amg variant.
This post is an homage to those who buy a car with amg exhaust tips or wheels and slap an ebay amg sticker on it. great folly ensues when someone stumbles in here(or on similar threads on the site) and says something like "I just bought a clk230 with the amg appearance package, why didn't it come with an amg badge?". http://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/amg
MB says they take great pride in the AMG name, then they *******ize their own brand with things like the CLA45 and cars with a "AMG SPORT" designation.
I think the 430's back when could be optioned with genuine AMG wheels and side skirts but to my knowledge did not come with the badging, but I could be wrong?
This guy is in my garage. I wonder if he feels weird when I pull the CLS63 one one side and the other guy pulls his G63 wagon on the other?
