19" Wheel fitment Question

Ok so Ive searched the forums and cant find a difinitive answer and since my usual non amg W209 forum is slow I thought Id ask in here since our wheels are a direct swap. Will these wheels fit our cars:

19x8.5 et 33 front and
19x9.5 et 40 rears

Please notice the width and the offsets

Your could help is appreciated

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.

I think

with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19's you need to be on 32/32 front and back with your model.
To be sure you can always ask Luke at tirerack they are a sponsor and he really knows his stuff.
