HELP: Looking for Clk 55 owners with factory quad exhaust system
I'm looking to do a quad exhaust tips for my Clk 500 cabriolet. Instead of cutting the rear bumper "black out cover", I prefer getting the factory one. I try to order it from the dealer but the dealer can not warranty me that they will order the right one with out the VIN#. The picture on their computer does not whowed dual or quad tips. Thank you if anyone can help me. Btw, I also searched EBAY for Clk 55 with factory quad exhaust but there were none.

Why did he get banned anyway? I thought that everyone was on here to help each other out. I guess that I'm a little naive.
He is helping you. He's telling you not to wait around for a response from someone who's been banned. I might have it wrong, but *I don't think* the CLK55 cab ever came with quad exhausts. *I think* the 2005 CLK55 did. If correct, I think you need to know whether a 2005 CLK55 coupe's bumper skin can fit a CLK500 cab bumper. Personally, I have no idea. If I had to guess, I'd say yes. Last I checked, they listed at $1270, which is an expensive guess. Then there's the question of 'with parktronic, w/o parktronic, and was parktronic available on a CLK55 coupe'? An alternative may be to ask someone to post the part number for a 2005 CLK55 coupe rear bumper. Part numbers are more easily given than VINs.
I had this mods done along time ago. Where have you been? Check out my galleries pictures. If you're looking for mods, go over the Clk 320 and Clk 500 forum. We do more mods then Clk 55 forum beside putting a 20 yrs design wheels, door pins...etc on their car. Btw, my complete quad mods cost less then $450 !!!
