Best Spark Plugs for W208 CLK55 ?

I am about to do the plugs and wires. I have a line on the wires, but there are 2 or 3 spark plug variants available from Bosch. Which is the best choice?

Here are some plugs I found at evosport:
Denso - Spark Plug - Iridium - IQ20 - Stock #5302

evosport were the best wires I could find... I don't have them yet, but I guess they're supposed to be the best.

Magnecor KV85s are the best by far. Denso IK20 or IK22. NGK IFRD06 or IFRD07

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
NGK 7090

and leave your wires alone nothing is wrong with them and they if removed from the plugs properly with the 17mm plug boot removal tool will outlast the car.

My CLK55 only has 38k miles. I got a long ways to change them.

I'm looking at buying the same plugs by NGK: BKR5EGP. The owner's manual calls for NGK: PFR 511.

Anyone know what the difference is?

If anyone is running these: How does your car run with the BKR5EGP? When should they be changed again? Also, did you have to gap them when you installed them or were they pre-gapped?
