Sounds like a good deal! I bought my 02 CLK55 36,500 miles about 2 months ago for $20k with warranty to 100k or 2010 from a private seller also in Brooklyn.

 

It does look like a great deal. I just bought my 2002 clk55 two weeks ago and I love it. Mine doesn't have all of the toys or rims that your car has though. My car also has 39k miles, and I'm really happy with having a little bit of mileage buffer to enjoy the car with.

The car looks beautiful. I bet it will sell soon. Good luck with the sale and the house.
