AMG Performance Tour
There were two C63's, 2 SL63, 1 CL63, and one E63. I got there around 8:40, shuttle got us over to the event right at 9, and I spent the next 4 1/2 hours in automotive heaven. They had a great course set up we got a good stretch of hwy coming and going, as well as some city driving. Thank you everyone who helped put this event together.Really enjoyed talking to Sandy, Joe, Jason, and Tony to name a few.
There was also a CLKBS, and SLR McLaren, and a GL to climb in and out of and explore, along with C63 dyno runs with 0-60 and 0-100 trials.'
If the tour is coming to a city remotely near you, I say make the drive. Probably some of the best fun you can have for free and with your clothes on
Next time, though. And yes the SL is heavenly...I can only imagine the 65 and the BS...I am getting chills just thinking about it
I was greedy...I drove everything. Only thing I didn't get a chance to do was they dyno, and that is because I didn't want to wait another thirty mins for the car to cool down and then get in line.

Cherokee Co. relaxed the watering ban a little a couple months ago. I can wash on Saturday mornings till 10:00am.

Occasionally, I've gone to a hand wash place where I can see them washing the car (there are a couple in Norcross on Holcomb Bridge Rd.) just inside Gwinnett Co. There is also a place in Crabapple that will hand wash for $30.
Before that I'd go to a coin car wash and do a quick wash down. For a pro, I've used onsiteshine.com and Glenn's Superior Car Shine in Roswell.
