Top Gear confirmation - Clarkson now has an AMG CLK 63 Black
Yup on Sunday nights show James let it slip when talking with Jeremey, that Clarkson has a AMG CLK63 Black!!!!

i dont know why they dont just have the original top gear on here! they did at one point and now i cant get it. every time they americanize a show they ruin it. their show is perfect. funny, informative, interesting.

I fear the US Top Gear will be too watered down. Plus it wont have their pithy banter. It is just the British way they do things.

Agreed, best show ever handsdown. I've got every episode and it's the only show that I watch consistently. I've seen a few of the Australian shows and I'll watch the American version too but after so many seasons of Jeremy, Richard and Hammond, I don't think they'll compare. Even though I don't understand some of the jokes and metaphors, the production quality makes up for it. I wonder how the American production quality will compare, I can't imagine they'll have much Boards of Canada in the soundtrack... I'm expecting Nickleback for some reason

I wish they would just bring the British show over here and be done with it.
I down load every episode from England and burn them to CD. They are great. Unedited and with out commercials like we get here on BBC America.

You are correct. This will probably make it a much better show. It will not have to be watered down for the regular networks.
