sounds like it is a new record, mod list would be helpful. Fastest I have seen is around 12.5ish from an NA car. Low 12s should be possible though with the right mods.

Excellent times, congratulations.

I'm sure you surprise quite a few folks with a N/A car that runs that well....

your 60' times improved drastically over the 3 runs, however your tires are absolutely killing your potential. The CLK chassis can take 275mm tires, you should definitely upgrade to some sticky wider rubber (something like a Dunlap Direzza Z1 will do wonders). Hell with a 2800 stall TC you may be able to break into the 12.0-12.1s on 275 sticky rubber

great results!

Awesome!

My best run last year was pretty much identical to your first, although with a worse 60' on my end. Your #'s are giving me hope that I'm only drag radials short of consistant 12's.

I wish I had a N/A CLK 55....

I'm having a hard time finding wheels for drag racing. I would love a set of 16's. it just seems more DR's come in 16's rather than 17's or 18's. how wide are your rims?

I was going to do the CCW's but my cash has been set aside for some projects. So i was just hoping for some cheap 16 inch wheels with some MT DR.

A little off topic here but When I launch my car I don't even preload the car because all I will do is spin the tires. My best time launching from 500rpm's is 12.98... So do you think with some MT DRs I could preload the car at the light and not get wheel spin? I know my car is much faster than 12.98 I just cant launch it with street tires.

I just want to bring the RPM's up to 2k and drop the hammer without fear of wheel spin. But right now I cant because I will spin the tires and then ESP with kick in.

You wont spin and your ET will be drastically reduced. But then you start breakin **** when you launch too hard and stick

will a 255 or 245 fit on a 7.5 inch wide wheel? I'm thinking of these tires
