The mats I have do not say "CLK55" on them - they are embroidered with ///AMG (as M-bENZ stated). These are the ones (still unopened) I was given from Fletcher Jones when I bought the car (a 2004 CLK55 Convertible). Sorry for the confusion...

Awww man bENZ what's up? Are you the one looking to buy these mats too? I had no idea...lol I pm'd roar yesterday and he said he had someone interested before me. I had no idea that other person was you! 
Anyway, I'll probably go down to the dealer and pick up some mats...I just been too busy lately to go down to the stealership...besides, I don't want to get hassled into test driving a car etc.

. Anyway, I will let you know the result for getting the Powerchip from Speedtunning sometime this week. I sent my ECU out on Monday evening they got it on Tuesday afternoon and then send it back to me today which its in the garage right now 
. I just dont have time to drive it yet cause I was SO BUSY at work hopefully I can get some spare time tomorrow to drive that mother f*** lol. And Yes the SpeedTunning they are still in business.

Anyway, I will let you know the result for getting the Powerchip from Speedtunning sometime this week. I have the ticking sound coming from underneath the hood. I have a local MB shop nearby and the mechanic said that the p0456 code I keep receiving is due to a small leak in the head gasket and a valve or two might need replacing for a lump sum of .....$1100! 
This is for a complete valve job (All 17) and a new head gasket. I'm going to have this done first before getting the ECU tuned. What do you think about this?
