No more CLK...'10 E Class Coupe
To may toe...to mah to, a mid sized Mercedes coupe will continue to exist but in this case in a E class coupe form. Just like everything new, this styling takes some getting use to. Until I see it in person, I will reserve further judgement but I will say the front looks Japanese angry and the back looks like the IS350's. I hate to say this but this design may not stand the test of time. Whenever I see a clean W208, it still looks good. I don't know if you can say the same thing about this design 10 years from now. Your thoughts?

CLK55 / E350 Coupe
Like how they took hints from audi from there led headlighs took that part flipped em around and used em as fogs. Rear lights are squeezed down stretched arround the side of the body just as the BMW 3 coupe and audi 5 coupe did.
Merc was late on the redesign, ATM i wouldn't buy it over an S5.
Im trying to like those front lights.

I can't argue with the color combo of the interior!
But those back seat fixed headrests look to be a big step backwards - how could they cut down on visibility like that?
Overall, not very original and not very aggressive. Even bigger hips than the 208 and no ponycar attitude. They want to sell it to matrons?
Or drunken sailors? That model looks like a cheap *****.

Per the press release, the engines are the same ones powering the 2008 CLK - the (268 hp, 258 lb-ft) 3.5 liter six and the (382 hp, 391 lb-ft) 5.5 liter eight. The press release is posted at my site. Scroll down the left to "The CLK's Replacement - the 2010 E-Class Coupe" and click that. CLick the photos for larger images. As soon as MB USA releases the full specs I'll add them to the site.

Yeah, not bad, but any improvement over the original?
