Hi there,

I am not sure what type of pedals you bought. I bought the AMG aluminum AMg pedals from ebay and this was how I installed them. It's pretty easy. You will need to do some drilling.

Gas pedal:
* To remove, you'll need to loosen 2 bolts from the back of the gas pedals (bolted to the floor).
* The pedal will be loose at the bottom. You then slip the rubber OE pads off.
* Align the AMG alluminum pedal againts the plastic gas pedal that is still attached to the car and drill 4 holes. This drilling is easy because the backing is plastic.
* Then tighten the new pedal with the allen bolt.

Brake pedal:
* To remove, you just "peel off" the OE rubber pad.
* Align the new alluminum pedals and drill 4 holes. The drilling for these 4 holes are kinda hard. The backing on the original brake pedal is metal. A lot harder to drill then the plastic gas pedal.
* Then tighten the new brake pedal with the allen bolt.

Dead Foot Rest:
* I also bought an AMG alluminum piece as well. It came with 3M double side tape and all I did was just taped it down. There is enough support back there that the tape will hole it in place just fine. No problems so far.

Emergency Brake:
* I bought the alluminum pedal (small one) from the dealer. It's the OE pedals that comes on the SLK.
* Just pop of the ORE ruber piece and pop in the alluminum/rubber new piece.

Pretty simple. Check out the pedals on my CLK55.

Post a picture of your pedals.
It took me about 1/2 hour to install all of the pedals.

Those pedals and foot rest look amazing! Which seller on ebay did you buy those parts from? Did they also sell the foot rest too? How much did everything cost? Man, I'm itching to pick up a set now!

The gas and brake pedals are on ebay all the time. Just search for AMG pedals. The ones on ebay now do not have the AMG engraved on them. The AMG comes in an emblem with tape on the back. The foot rest is VER RARE to find. I also got mine on ebay. I have only seen one on ebay so far. The e-brake u can buy from MB dealer. Cost of gas and brake pedals are about $70-$80. I paid 150 for the foot rest. The e-brake is about $20.

Good luck on ebay...

Pedals

Guys,
My buddy and I, 5439cc, picked Brabus Pedals up on Ebay for 75 for the whole set. BRAND NEW. We will be installing them soon, and will definitely post pics! In the mean time, here is what they look like, not mounted. Thanks for all your help!

Your Brabus pedals looks mighty fine! Looks soooo race car-ish!

You guys did a great job! Drilled, I assume? They look sooooo cool.

Have you seen AMG pedals that look like your Brabus?

You're not referring to the ones with the rubber inserts (like on the first page of this thread)?

I saw similar AMG pedals on ebay, but I also saw the exact same pedals with the Brabus engraving and some with no engraving and some with AMG stickers.

I'm pleasantly surprised by these all metal no rubber pedals. I didn't think I would like them as much as the metal with rubber inserts, but man, they look really tough! Like a industrial style big rig 18-wheeler style (also like those Le Mans racers)!

If I do a "buy it now" from msispeed on ebay right now (I assume you bought it from them), I can get it by this weekend!

I took the following images from jakuo's auction on ebay without their permission or knowledge. Hope they don't mind the free advertisement.

I really like these pedals, very understated. I'm torn between these and the AMGs above...will probably go with the AMG...

Now only if I could find a footrest from AMG!

Are any of these pedals besides the SLK brake part available at the dealer? If so does anyone have any Mercedes-Benz Part Numbers for any of the pedals picture. I especially like the one posted by TripleBlack. Thanks.

The pedals I posted are most assuredly non-factory pedals, so you probably won't be able to get them from the dealer. I found them on ebay from this Canadian seller. Minimum bid is $90. I've seen some auctions finish at $68, but if you gotta have it now, then this seller might be your option. Incidentally, I've not seen the Mercedes Benz engraved pedal from anybody else. I have seen the AMG and the Brabus engraved one for $68 on ebay.

ebay auction for Mercedes Benz pedals

Here's a seller with the all metal no rubber Brabus "B" pedals for $64. The auction is ending in 5 hours. The seller identifies these as "Brabus style", which probably means that they're not from Brabus. But as you can tell from the previous picture posts, these pedals look pretty tough.

No longer car shopping...
Here are the $67 AMG ones your looking for

E55 Kev - Here's the eBay link for the AMG version of the ones posted by Triple black. I was the high bidder @$62 but have done a "Buy-it-now" for these exact same pedals for $67. This seller is also asking a more reasonable $8 shipping charge. Total cost to your door = $75. Good enough for me to order some.
