Is there a way to find out...
... how many other CLK63 Coupes there are in the UK?
Or even how many were actually made?
I've had a hunt around but can't really find anything.

Those numbers are on the UK Mercedes-Benz press site. You'll need to find someone who has access to the UK site. If no one here has access, you might try posting the same question at a UK MB forum. If UK press site has the same format as the US site, those number are model year specific, so someone will have to get year by year totals and post those.
