What is a fair price for my car (trade in or private sale)
Hi all;
I am planning to replace my CLK55 soon, it has 44K miles on it and remaining CPO until 2010 October.
Has a clean carfax and shows 1 owner (not sure how is it possible to have CPO with one owner but I was told when I purchased it was a exec demo car)
It has 4 minor dents on top that can be fixed without painting (tree over my drive way dropped branches during high wind last year).
Inside of the car, leathers and paint is in excellent condition.
I have been offered 20-23K for trade in value from different dealers which seems low.
What is a fair price for trade in or private sale. Should I really believe kelly blue book or NADA prices?

sorry, but W209 CLK doesn't worth a lot.. if you can get 25K, that's pretty good deal
