Upper radiator hose question

'02 CLK55
Upper radiator hose question
OK I am going to replace my upper hose. When I look in the W208 parts list the upper hose separate of the tank to radiator and tank to engine. When I look at the hose it seems like one piece similar to this picture below. I looked at Genuine Mercedes parts. com it looks like I have to order sep. Anyone fill me in on which is right?
