W208 - Multi-Contour Seat Controls - trouble...

Folks,

It seems that the control for the driver's seat "side bolsters" has stopped working. I can hear the pump come on and hear some air going in there when I press the button, but it does not seem to be holding air.

I think this is the case because when I push the control the other way, to release the pressure, I do not hear the "hissing" of the air being released.

The passenger side works fine, as do all the other bladders, so it seems limited to that one control point or set of air bladders.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to look for here?

Thanks.

Should be a screw in the middle of the handle that you will need to remove before the handle can be removed.

Pull the back seat cover down and to the back at the top of the seat. Look down about half-way and check to make sure all the vacuum hoses are all connected. I had this happen on my C43 and it was just a vacuum hose that had come undone.
