Check Engine light and rough idle
Hi, I was driving my car all day today and all of a sudden my check engine light came on! No malfunctions are listed in the multifunction display but I did notice that the car was shaking when I'd come to a stop. Any ideas? Oh, something similar happened to me about 2 months ago and the dealer replaced the mass air-flow sensor, more details at: https://mbworld.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=31342

mbtech, would a bad mass-airflow sensor cause the car to shake at idle? Thanks
Mike, no I didn't refuel the car that day and the light came on while I was driving, however I did check the gas cap a few times and it is on fine. Thanks for the tip though!

I had a bad mass sensor on a 208 and it caused my car to shake at idle.
