So I woke up and my tire was flat! Took it to the tire shop where I just bought 2 new Falken 452's. They said my rim had chrome peeling! I guess the spot it had peeled was where the bead sits.

Anyway to fix this instead of buying a new 600 dollar rim?

Investigate re-plating the wheel....maybe it would be cheaper that replacing it.

BTW, it's a wheel...not a "rim".

Most wheels that are chromed will eventually peel.
