CLK rear leg room W208/W209/W124
hi guys,
i've been reviewing the specs for W208 and W209s, and it says the W209 has 2 more inches of leg room. further, both are supposed to have MORE room than my prior W124 E320 1995 cabriolet.
I wanted to get owners input because from my observation, they all seem the same to me. in fact, practically speaking, the W124 may have the most exterior room as the seats appear to be upright. again, i could be wrong since I don't own the W208/W209 and only going by observation.
Would the owners of these cars pls share your input?
thx.

not that i have to worry about it but there doesn't seem to be much legroom on my 208. which i like the lack of space from front to back, i can store stuff in the rear center console and effortlessly reach back and get them.

I owned my 300CE and W208 coupes back-to-back for 5+ years. My impression is that the W124 coupe had more rear legroom, but the CLK has a much bigger useable trunk since it folds down; mine also has a ski sack pass-through.
That said, I didn't spend much time in the rear seat of either....
