I'm looking for answers on getting a set of c32 amg rims (17") staggered and putting them directly onto my clk350. I've looked up the width on the rims and they are the same, but the information in regards to the offsets are varying depending on what site I go to. As far as I know, the stock offsets are et36 front and et30 rear. The c32 rims offsets are et37 front? and et30 rear? Not sure. This is a good option since the tires sizes are the same. Please let me know if anyone has done this or can confirm whether or not I would require spacers on the front if the offset is not what i've been finding on the web.

thanks,
Kevin

Direct bolt on, you should be fine and re-use your stock lugs.

Are you looking for factory AMG wheels or replicas? New or do you mind a set of used wheels?

can be factory or replicas, but they have to be staggered....preferably used. I'm trying to get a set for under $1000.

There's so many places out there, but I don't know how shady these places are. I just picked the car up last night, and so the tires are brand new, so I figure I would just want a more aggressive look.

Personally, I've had the best luck with craigslist, or with a fellow MBW member selling here. My third set was purchased off ebay.

If I wanted new, I would try an MB dealer or http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/mer...on_w203_alloys (if you're in Europe)

Keep in mind the AMG wheels from the 2003+ CLK55 were very similar (they came in 17 as well as 18" IIRC), and may open up further possiblities for you locating the right set and will fit your budget. You can also find this style (AMG Styling IV) on the C55. Shipping is expensive at the present time ($175+/set), so finding a set locally for pickup would be your most ideal.

Post a "Wanted" thread in the Classified/Wheels section here: https://mbworld.org/forums/wheels-tires-97/

As far as replicas, I really don't have any experience with those....perhaps someone else can chime in.

Good luck!
