seat works fine with controls and memory

Is the seat normalized? Maybe try running the seat all the way forward and hold for 5-10sec, then all the way back and hold for 5-10sec (kind of like normalizing the windows after a dead battery). And is the feature turned on in the cluster? There should be an option for column or column and seat, etc...

Did u get this fixed?
Just wondering if that fixed it.
Mine was doing the same thing.. played with it, resting, pulling they key out.. holding my tongue just right while standing on one foot.. etc..
finally seems to be working
