Adaptive throttle reset:
- Turn the ignition key to posistion 2 (don't start it)
- Floor the throttle and hold for 30 sec.
- With throttle on floor, switch key to off, but don't remove the key.
- Let the throttle up
- Remove the key after 2 minutes.

This is the wrong forum. You'll get responses that closer fit your model in the non-AMG W208 section. After replacing the MAF, did you do an adaptive throttle reset? If not, you can do it now.
